RETURNS POLICY – CURNAT

At Curnat, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please read the policy below carefully.

✦ General Return Conditions

Curnat offers a 30-day return policy in addition to your statutory rights.

To be eligible for a return under our voluntary 30-day return policy, items must:

  • Be in their original condition, unused, with any labels attached and in their original packaging

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase

  • Be returned within a maximum of 30 days after receiving your order

  • Be the subject of a return request submitted to us in advance

⚠️ Please contact us before sending a return so that we can provide the correct return instructions and address.

This requirement does not restrict your statutory cancellation or consumer rights under UK law.

✦ Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return under our voluntary 30-day return policy:

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials or perishable goods

  • Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed, where the applicable legal exception applies

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

✦ Return Period & Cancellation

Curnat 30-Day Return Policy

Under our voluntary return policy, you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Once your return request has been accepted, please send the item back promptly using the return instructions provided by our customer service team.

Your UK Statutory Right to Cancel

For eligible purchases made online, you also have a statutory right to change your mind.

You may notify us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without having to provide a reason.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Your statutory cancellation right does not require prior approval from Curnat.

If your parcel has already been dispatched, we may not be able to stop it while it is in transit. In this situation, you can receive the parcel and then follow the return procedure described below.

✦ Return Costs

Error on Our Part

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, Curnat will cover the reasonable cost of returning it.

Depending on your applicable consumer rights and the circumstances, you will be offered an appropriate remedy such as a replacement or full refund.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Change of Mind or Customer Error

If you are returning an item because you:

  • Changed your mind

  • Ordered the wrong item

  • Selected the wrong option

  • No longer want the product

the direct cost of returning the item will normally be your responsibility, provided that you were informed of this obligation.

No exchange is offered for customer-error or change-of-mind returns under our voluntary return policy unless Curnat agrees otherwise.

✦ Return Procedure

1. Request a Return

Contact us at:

contact@curnat.co.uk

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used when placing your order

  • The reason for your return

You do not need to provide a reason when exercising an applicable statutory 14-day cancellation right.

2. Receive Return Instructions

Once we receive your request, we will send you the necessary return instructions by email, including the appropriate return address.

Please do not send your parcel to an address shown on the original packaging unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

3. Send Your Return

Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by your statutory rights, the return must be sent at your own expense using a carrier of your choice.

A prepaid return label is not provided for standard change-of-mind returns.

Please note that, depending on the fulfilment location used for your order, your return may need to be sent to an international return facility.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining your proof of postage until your refund has been completed.

4. Refused or Uncollected Parcels

If you refuse a parcel at the door or fail to collect it from the carrier or collection point, it may automatically be returned to the sender or fulfilment centre.

Where permitted by law, reasonable and actual return-to-sender costs incurred as a result may be deducted from any amount refundable to you.

No such deduction will be made where doing so would conflict with your statutory consumer rights, including where the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

✦ Refunds

Once your returned parcel has been received and inspected, we aim to process approved refunds within 3–7 working days.

For returns made under your statutory cancellation rights, refunds will be made within the time limits required by UK law.

Where required by law, the refund will also include the cost of the standard delivery option originally offered for your order. Any additional amount paid for premium or expedited delivery does not have to be refunded beyond the cost of standard delivery.

The refund will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Once a refund has been processed, your bank, card provider or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

If you have not received your refund after 15 working days from confirmation that it has been processed, please contact us at:

contact@curnat.co.uk

Our team will investigate the matter as quickly as possible.
